Hachifloos Studio
1. Overview
This policy explains what Hachifloos Studio (the "Service") collects, why, and how it's protected. It applies to anyone who creates an account or connects a social media account to the Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email address). When you connect a social media account, we store the OAuth credentials that account's platform issues to us, the account's identifiers and display name, the content you compose and schedule through the Service, and the engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, views, and similar) that the platform makes available for that account.
3. How we use it
Solely to operate the Service on your behalf: to publish the content you schedule to the accounts you connected, to show you your analytics, and to keep your session signed in. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to publish or act on your accounts except as you direct.
4. Security
Connected-account credentials (OAuth access and refresh tokens) are stored encrypted at rest. Access to the Service requires your login, and you can disconnect a social account at any time, which stops the Service from acting on it.
5. Third-party platforms
Publishing and analytics features work by calling each connected platform's own official API (for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Threads) directly with your authorization — there is no third-party aggregator in between. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how it handles the data it receives from that call. Hachifloos Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and connected-platform data for as long as your account is active. Disconnecting a social account or deleting your account removes the corresponding stored credentials.
7. Your rights
You can review and update your account details from your account settings, disconnect any connected social account at any time, and request deletion of your account and its associated data.
