1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Hachifloos Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Hachifloos Studio is a content-publishing studio: it lets an authorized user plan, schedule, and publish posts and videos to connected social media accounts (including, where configured, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads), and view the resulting engagement analytics from one place.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connected social platforms

When you connect a social media account, you authorize the Service to publish content to it and to read the metrics that account's platform makes available, on your behalf and under your direction. Each connected platform (TikTok, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and any others you connect) has its own terms of service and policies, which you remain responsible for following. Hachifloos Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful content, to violate a connected platform's policies, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for that content and for having the rights to publish it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your social accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hachifloos Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including changes made by a connected platform outside our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
